Co-working&Learning Space /Riding the New TechnoScape​

● This nature integrated futuristic health-secured Live&Work space will be open 7/24 and will accommodate some restricted residential needs of occupants.
● Spaces should be designed as people-friendly, flexible, joyful and promote maximum efficiency across the office landscape.
● Structural systems may be either Timber Construction, Additive Construction(3D printed) or Steel Construction
● Interaction with the Recreation Area (in P1 site) is encouraged.
● Due to the recent pandemic conditions and apparent new normal suggestions of a new world order students are expected to take related concepts into consideration.

 As a concept, I thought of biophilic design and activity-based workspaces.Biophilic design helps to seperate areas with plants while providing a space to relax. In an activity based workplace, improves social connections, workers move between different areas instead of working at the same desk. It focuses on flexibility. And actually this flexilibility idea shaped my building too. 

 There will be working moms who own a catering company in this co-working space. Their companies are mostly about creating recipes and having the people who come to the co-working area taste these recipes in their workshops and get approval from the people. While working mothers work in regular offices, their children are on their minds. Thanks to the playground and caregivers I will create here, they can bring their children here. So they can see their children whenever they want to see them.

  Additional for our building program, I thought of a meditation space for them to relax when they want to relax, a playground for their kids and  in order to try their new recipes they should have a cooking space.

 The facade of the building is curtain wall. And it is facing to the sea. For good natural lighting and good interaction with inner garden and teracces.
